Maple Pecan Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, maple syrup, buttermilk, canola oil and vanilla.
3. Combine bowls and fold in the pecans and cranberries.
