Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Ingredients:

CINNAMON FILLING:
4 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon.

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:
4 tbsp butter, 2 oz cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

PANCAKES:
1 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

CINNAMON FILLING:
1. Melt butter and stir in the sugar
and cinnamon.
2. Transfer to a zip baggie.

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:
1. Melt butter and whisk in cream cheese.
2. Stir in sugar and vanilla extract.

PANCAKES:
1. Whisk ingredients together (dry first, then wet).
2. Spoon batter into hot pan.
3. Snip the corner off the baggie of cinnamon filling and squeeze the filling into the uncooked pancake in a swirl pattern.
3. Once cooked, drizzle with glaze.
