Mini Sub Egg Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 egg.
Hot dog bun.
Pepperoni.
Swiss cheese.
Bell peppers.
Onion.
Tomato.
Directions:
Lightly coat Small Fry Pan with butter and fry onion.
Add egg to pan and fry.
Place mix in toasted hot dog bun and top with pepperoni, swiss cheese, and tomato and bell pepper slices.
