Fried Zucchini & Eggplant Chips
Ingredients:
1 Zuchini
1 Italian Eggplant
Flour
Sea salt or oregano
Canola Oil
Directions:
Heat oil in pot to 350 degrees. Slice zuchini and eggplant & place in warm water.
Take them out and shake off excess and then dip in flour and then back into water and then take out and place in oil and fry till lightly browned. Then season with sea salt or oregano
